Accommodations

The rates include all taxes, daily hot breakfast, linens, parking, and access to our on-site fitness center for those over 18 years:

Traditional Single - $37.09 per night.  This is a single room in a traditional residence with shared washrooms.
Traditional Double - $62.45 per night.  This is a double room (two twin beds) in a traditional residence with shared washrooms.  This rate includes all of the same items as the single, only for two where necessary.
Apartment Style -  Each apartment has a kitchen, living area and private bathroom(s).  The apartment units range from $68.76 per night for a one bedroom unit, to $144.83 per night for a four bedroom apartment.  These rates include everything listed above.

Mount Saint Vincent University has negotiated a reduced rate for rooms for guests associated with the university.  When the room is booked, please state you are associated with Mount Saint Vincent University to receive the reduced rate.  The rates are:

Traditional Room $99.00
Traditional Room with One Breakfast $109.00
Two Room Suite $149.00
Two Room Suite with One Breakfast $159.00 

All Rates include complimentary high speed internet access, local telephone calls and parking.

All rates are non-commissionable, based on single occupancy and subject to applicable taxes. Individual guestroom cancellation may be made up to 4pm the day prior to arrival.
