Södertörn has expanded rapidly since its foundation in 1996. At present it has more than twelve thousand students and a staff of seven hundred and fifty. The university has two campuses, one in Flemingberg and another in Haninge, both located in the suburb of Huddinge in south Stockholm.
CoursesSödertörn has a multidisciplinary and multicultural ethos. The university offers more than 70 study program within Humanities, Social Sciences, Life Sciences and Education.
