AFTER FRIDAY, JUNE 10TH, REGISTRATION IN THE OPEN INSTITUTES WILL BE OFFICIALLY CLOSED.   THAT MEANS NEW REGISTRATIONS AND CHANGES TO EXISTING REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
