When are the tours?

Drop-in tours are scheduled by the Library at the beginning of each semester. If you missed one of these tours, stop by the main Library Desk to arrange a private tour.

Where are the sessions held?

Tours are held in the EMF Communications Centre; meet next to the main Library Desk.

What's involved & who should attend?

If you are in your first year, new to the Mount, or simply want a "library refresher", please join us on a tour. Sessions are designed to orient students, staff and faculty to the EMF Communication Centre. Anyone may attend - there is no pre-registration or restriction to specific classes. Sessions cover:

    * a demonstration of Novanet (the online library catalogue)
    * location and availability of books, reference materials, journals and e-journals, databases, indexes/abstracts, newspapers, government documents, specific subjects (e.g., literature/ languages, sciences, social sciences, business)

How long is each session?

Each session will last approximately 45 minutes.
