Adult Shotokai Karate Program
Shotokai is a non-competitive martial art that empowers people to improve themselves through practicing Karate-do. We focus on distance, timing and strive for personal development while sticking to the traditional Japanese way.

- Advanced is Blue belt with brown stipe and above

| A typical practice session.. |
- Warm-up followed by stretches.
- Division of the class into level groupings.
- Practice of basic techniques (kihon), partner practice (kumite), standardized group forms (kata) or a combination/variation of these practices.

- Orange Belt 4th Kyu
- Green Belt 3rd Kyu
