HIIT Club - All levels - Burn fat and build muscle with this equipment-free cardio-and-strength circuit. This team training program is designed to give you a MEGA boost on your own fitness. Physical assessments are done at the beginning and end to showcase your progress! Classes involve short-but-intense cardio intervals, full-body strength moves, and an extra dose of ab work helping you slim down your entire body and tighten your tummy. With dedicated trainers focused on a small group of no more than 10 people and providing advice you are guaranteed to feel better!
