Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be given after the first week of your program or class.
  • Prorated refunds will be given with medical documentation ONLY.
  • All refunds will be processed within 2-3 weeks of initial request.
  • Requests for refunds should be made through the Member Services Officer by phoning 457-6152 or visiting Rosaria Student Centre Room 127.
