Shotokai Karate is a non-competitive martial art that empowers children to improve themselves through practicing Karate-do. Karate is a fun way to be active and stay fit.

A typical practice session...
- Warm-up followed by stretches.
- Division of the class into level groupings.
- Practice of basic techniques (kihon), partner practice (kumite), standardized group forms (kata) or a combination/variation of these practices.

- White Belt Beginner
- Yellow Belt 5th Kyu
- Orange Belt 4th Kyu
- Green Belt 3rd Kyu
- Blue Belt 2nd Kyu
- Brown Belt 1st Kyu
- Black Belt 1st - 5th Degree
