Focusing on strengthening core muscles of the torso and proper body alignment of the pelvis and spine, Pilates creates strength, tone and mobility of the abdomen, legs, arms, hips and back.  It makes you feel great and is perfect for everyone.

Margaret Galloway

With 17 years as a certified Stott Pilates teacher and a Franklin Method Educator, Margaret uses her understanding of the way the body is designed to move to help her students optimize their level of strength and flexibility.
