Body Reboot!

Burn fat and build muscle so you are ready for SUMMER!  This 8 week program is designed to give you a MEGA boost on your own fitness. Physical assessments are done at the beginning, middle & end to showcase your progress! Classes involve short-but-intense cardio intervals, full-body strength moves, and an extra dose of ab work helping you slim down your entire body and tighten your tummy. With a dedicated trainer providing advice  & attention on a small group of no more than 10 people, you are guaranteed to feel better!
