Zumba Toning combines body-sculpting techniques and high-energy dance moves to build strength and tone targeted areas. The class will involve intervals of cardio mixed with moves using light dumbbells. Perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning to define those muscles!
For ages 16+ years.

She has taught a variety of group fitness classes but has chosen to focus her energy on teaching Zumba, and Zumba Toning which combines body-sculpting techniques and high-energy dance moves to build strength and tone targeted areas.
