Emergency Loan Program
Small emergency loan program available to full-time students.
Maximum amount of loan available -- $250.
Short term – repayable within 30 days interest free.
Available to assist students in a short-term crunch – need money to purchase books, pay rent, buy groceries, etc.
Loans may NOT be used to pay funds to the University; i.e. University deposits, tuition, student fees, residence charges, nor to clear outstanding balances.
Only available during Fall/Winter term...NOT during the Summer.
Must be able to show a means of re-payment.
Students cannot receive an emergency loan unless all previous emergency loans have been repaid.
Students who have left campus at the end of an academic year with an Emergency Loan outstanding will not be eligible for a loan during the following academic year.
