The Mount’s University Bridging Program

Winter 2012: January 9 to March 29, 2012

Spring 2012: May 7-June 28, 2012

Fall 2012: September 10-November 29, 2012

If you are close to meeting our English-language requirements, then this program is for you! The University Bridging Program allows you to study part-time at the Mount while completing academic language training on campus. This 144-hour program will give you the academic skills you’ll need to succeed at the Mount, including:

academic research academic integrity listening and note-taking  time management

academic writing critical thinking effective reading effective communication

You will become familiar with the Mount’s library, faculty and classroom environment.
When you have completed this program, you can study full-time at the Mount the next semester!
 
Cost

$2,400, which includes tuition and materials. This fee is due at the time of application. Enrollment is limited.

AdmissionTo be admitted, students must have a minimum of
 TOEFL paper based: 520+
TOEFL computer based: 190+
TOEFL Internet Based: 67+ (with no marks lower than 17)
 IELTS: 5.5+ (with no marks below 5).
