Recognizing Teaching Excellence

Nominations for the Alumnae Award for Teaching Excellence 2012 are now being accepted!

The Alumnae Award for Teaching Excellence is a prestigious award that recognizes professors (full-time, part-time and new appointments) who are currently teaching for their outstanding contributions to academia and enriching students' lives through their work. It’s easy to nominate a professor:  just fill out a nomination form and write a letter explaining why this professor deserves such an honor (500 words max.) and have 4 other individuals sign a supporting letter!  All faculty, staff, students and alumnae are welcome to submit nominations.

Nomination forms are available at the Library Circulation Desk, the Deans’ Office (SAC 302), the Students’ Union Info Desk and online at www.msvu.ca/alumnae.

The Alumnae Award for Teaching Excellence is sponsored by the Mount Saint Vincent Alumnae Association.

The deadline for nominations is Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Please return nominations to the President’s Office, Evaristus 205.  Nominations to be addressed to Selection Committee, Alumnae Award for Teaching Excellence.  For further information email alumnae@msvu.ca or call Beth at 457-6433.
