About our Office:
The International Projects Office (IPO), in partnership with other departments at the Mount (including the International Education Centre) is tasked with the primary role of expanding the Mount's engagement in international education.
Our Mission:
To identify new international project opportunities
To engage faculty, staff and students in international opportunities to promote capacity building and knowledge transfer; and to contribute to their learning and understanding of global issues
To manage and develop proposals for submission to funding agencies
To provide sound management expertise
To ensure MSVU's involvement in international projects is ethically sound, gender inclusive and environmentally sustainable
To develop opportunities to enhance teaching, research and community service
Projects Abroad:
Internationally, MSVU has recently completed projects, and our list of current projects continues to grow. We have formed project relationships across the globe - with countries in the Caribbean region, the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
Collaboration:
We partner with educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, government departments and agencies, and various centres and institutes to offer outstanding programs and project experiences for faculty, staff and students, as well as contribute to international development.
