BOARD OF GOVERNORS 2011 - 2012 The Board of Governors of Mount Saint Vincent University governs, conducts, manages and controls the University and its property, revenues, expenditures, business and affairs. Inherent in its role, the Board assumes all the powers that are necessary to perform its duties and achieve the objectives of the Mount. The Board has a number of standing and ad-hoc committees including the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Campus Planning Committee, and the Human Resources and Governance Committee.
